    Put away the current window

    Click the extension icon to save eligible tabs to your local library. OnePage Tabs closes only the tabs included in the confirmed save.

    Search, rename, add notes, pin important items, or set a return time for a group or a single tab. A reminder never opens a page for you.

    Open one tab, a whole group, or continue in a new window. Anything that fails to open stays in your saved list.

Built around the handoff

Closing tabs is easy. Continuing the work is what matters.

OnePage Tabs puts closing after a confirmed save, and removal after a successful restore. The interface follows the state of your data, not the other way around.

    The original tabs are closed only after their local records have been written and checked.

    Remove only after a successful open

    If some tabs cannot be opened, those items remain where you can see and try them again.

    Deleted items go to the trash first, and important tabs can be protected from destructive cleanup.

    Choose where new tabs land

    Follow your browser, or place new tabs to the left, right, first, or last. Inside a native tab group, first and last stay within that group.

    Choose whether focus moves

    Open new tabs in the foreground or background, or keep your browser’s default. Background mode keeps you on the tab you were using.

    Choose what follows a close

    After closing the active tab, follow your browser, return to the most recently used tab, or move left or right. Closing a background tab never steals focus.

    Safe boundaries by default

    Every option defaults to following the browser. OnePage Tabs keeps its own save, dashboard, and restore flows outside these everyday browsing rules.

Optional Google Drive sync

Continue on another device without a OnePage account.

Your library is saved locally first. After you connect Google Drive, the extension merges changes through the same Google account and resumes queued uploads the next time the browser runs.

    Automatic cross-device sync

    Saved URLs, titles, groups, notes, pin and protection state, and reminders sync after you connect. A new device pulls the remote library before uploading its local changes.

    One daily recovery point

    After the first successful automatic sync on each local date, OnePage creates one backup and retains the latest 7 actual backup dates. It does not promise a fixed clock time or invent a backup for a day the browser never ran.

    Your Drive, with clear limits

    OnePage uses only Google Drive’s app-data folder and cannot read ordinary Drive files. Encrypted sync data and its unlock key are stored together there: the developer receives neither your token nor sync data, but Google may technically access the stored data.

Local by default

Your tabs stay in your browser.

The OnePage Tabs extension needs no OnePage account and includes no ads, automatic telemetry, or analytics SDK. This website uses GA4 for aggregate traffic measurement without query strings or advertising signals. Extension data stays local by default and syncs only after you connect Google Drive. When a clear error appears, a minimal error category is sent only after you explicitly confirm, never with tab content.
  • No content scripts; feedback permission is requested temporarily only after you confirm
  • No page text, forms, or passwords are read
  • Tab-behavior session state contains no URLs, titles, or page content and is cleared when the browser session ends
  • Reminders use local browser scheduling and optional system notifications
  • You can export a OnePage JSON file whenever you want an external backup

Local storage is not an external backup. Uninstalling the extension, clearing extension data, or deleting the browser profile may remove saved tabs. Export important work regularly.

Questions before you install

Clear answers about your tabs and data.

Will my data remain after I uninstall the extension?

Do not assume it will. Uninstalling the extension, clearing extension data, or deleting the browser profile may remove local data. Export a OnePage JSON backup before troubleshooting or making browser changes.

Can I move from OneTab?

Yes. Import a OneTab text export or paste a compatible text list into the import screen.

Will Continue Later open tabs automatically?

No. A due reminder brings the saved item back to your attention. Tabs open only after you choose a restore action.

How does Google Drive sync work?

Sync is optional and starts only after you connect and authorize the drive.appdata scope. Another device can continue after connecting the same Google account. Queued changes resume after the browser starts again, but cannot upload while the browser or device is fully closed.

Which browsers are supported?

Official builds support desktop Chrome, Microsoft Edge through the Chrome Web Store, desktop Firefox, and Firefox for Android. On Android, saved groups, pins, and protection remain in OnePage Tabs, while pages reopen as regular tabs; native tab groups, window controls, and extension keyboard shortcuts are unavailable.
